To activate your product's free extended warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase and upload a copy of your receipt.

Terms and Conditions

  1. You must register your product warranty on My Andatech within 30 days of purchase.
  2. You must include the serial number of your unit, the place and date of purchase, and upload your proof of purchase when you complete the registration.
  3. Andatech warranty covers products in Australia only.
  4. All terms, conditions and exclusions of our standard manufacturer's warranty apply.
  5. If a unit cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace the unit with a current equivalent model.
  6. This warranty is not transferrable.
