Ionmax Warranty


Ionmax products may carry either a 1 year or 2 years warranty, or as specified in the product page or user manual.

There is no warranty for parts, accessories, filters, and secondhand items. Ionmax products must be purchased from an authorised reseller.

Please read the product's information page or your user manual for the specific warranty details.

You must keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claims. 

Register your warranty online on My Andatech and upload a copy of your proof of purchase there for future records.

Warranty Details


Warranties only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship. Defects that have resulted from the following causes are not covered by warranty:

    • improper or unreasonable use or maintenance
    • accident
    • excess moisture
    • insects
    • improper packing
    • lightning
    • power surges
    • unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification
    • the product if it is located outside of Australia
       

Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Andatech will be repaired or replaced. You must contact us to raise an RA / Case number.

No return will be accepted without an RA/Case number.

If you get a product that is damaged in the post or not looking and working right within 2 weeks of you receiving it, contact your retailer and let them know…they will know what to do.

No return will be accepted without an Return Authorisation (RA) or Case number. All goods sent back to us for warranty must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. 

If we find your items to be in working order, or not working but outside of warranty guidelines, we will get in touch with you to decide what to do next. There will be a fee of $45 for our technician's time inspecting the unit, plus freight cost to send the items back to you.
