  • Paypal (redirects you to the Paypal website for secure payments)

Shipping 

All orders will only be shipped out once the full payment is received. Note that credit card payments are instant, whereas Paypal and direct deposit payments may take 2-3 business days to clear.

Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship out your order within 3 business days. 

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont. If you would like to pick up your order instead, please contact us first. 

Shipping & Handling Fees

We offer free shipping for your whole order when you purchase two or more products totalling $100 or more. This excludes filters and parts

For orders with single products or less than $100 in total, the shipping cost will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your whole order.

You can estimate your shipping cost by adding the desired products to cart, and then going to your shopping cart before checkout. In the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" box, put in your state and postal code, then click on "get a quote". This will give you an accurate estimation of what your shipping cost will be.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel. This shipping method provides our customers with a tracking number, plus signature is required upon delivery to ensure it's delivered to the right person. PO boxes are accepted. 

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the delivery using the tracking number on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au/track. 

Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be registered in Australia Post's system before you can track it online.

If noone is available to receive the delivery, the postman will leave a collection card in your mailbox and leave it at the nearest post office. You can then bring the collection card to the stated post office to collect the parcel at your earliest convenience.

International Shipping

Our website only accepts Australian shipping addresses. If you would like something shipped to an international address, please contact us for assistance.
